- Heat the water up to 80 or 90°C (it is not temperature sensitive like green tea).

Another very important property of white tea is a very low percentage of caffeine, 25% less than the green, and incomparably less than black tea. White tea contains an average of 15mg of caffeine (20 mg green and 40mg black tea), which makes it very suitable beverage, and because of this fact it is very healthy, that is more healing than other teas.
